Welcome to Silly Panda Customs. By purchasing, commissioning, downloading, or using any product or service from Silly Panda Customs, you agree to the terms below. These terms are here to keep things clear, fair, and easy for both sides.

1. What We Do

Silly Panda Customs creates digital content for truck simulator communities, including:

ATS/ETS2 skins
Custom truck skins
Logo work
Other custom digital design files

All products sold by Silly Panda Customs are digital products only unless clearly stated otherwise.

2. Digital Products Only

Everything sold through Silly Panda Customs is delivered digitally. No physical item will be shipped.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once sent, all sales are final.

3. Placing an Order

When ordering a custom design, you’re responsible for providing clear information, references, and any important details needed for the project.

This includes things like:

Truck/model details
Style preferences
Color choices
Logos, names, or text to be included
Any references or inspiration images

The more complete your order details are, the smoother the process will be.

4. VTC Orders Must Be Mentioned Up Front

If your order is for a VTC (Virtual Trucking Company), team, group, or any skin that will be used by multiple people, this must be mentioned at the time of ordering.

If a custom skin is placed as a normal personal order and later turns out to be for VTC use, Silly Panda Customs reserves the right to review the order, adjust permissions, or apply different terms if needed.

5. Payments

Payment may be required in full before work begins unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change over time, but once an order is accepted and confirmed, the agreed price for that order will remain in place unless extra work, revisions, or major changes are added later.

6. Refund Policy

Because all products and services are digital, Silly Panda Customs does not offer refunds.

This applies to:

Premade skins
Custom skins
Logo work
Other downloadable or commissioned digital products

Please make sure you’re happy with your order details before purchasing.

7. Revisions

Custom work may include reasonable revisions depending on the project, but this is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Small adjustments are usually fine. Large design changes, complete style changes, or requests that go far beyond the original brief may be treated as extra work and may come with an additional charge.

8. Personal Use Only

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all products purchased from Silly Panda Customs are for personal use only.

That means you may not:

Share the files with others
Re-upload the files anywhere
Redistribute or resell the mod
Send the files to friends, communities, or other VTC members
Claim the design as your own work
Use the files for public circulation without permission

If you need a skin for a VTC, team, or shared use, that must be discussed before the order is placed.

9. Ownership of Artwork

All designs, artwork, files, concepts, and custom content created by Silly Panda Customs remain the property of Silly Panda Customs unless stated otherwise in writing.

Buying a design gives you the right to use the finished product under the agreed terms, but it does not transfer ownership of the original artwork or grant permission to redistribute it.

10. Delivery

Orders and files are delivered digitally through the method chosen by Silly Panda Customs, such as:

Email
Discord
Download link

Please make sure the contact information you provide is correct so your files can be delivered without issues.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Silly Panda Customs reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

The request is outside the services offered
The customer becomes abusive or disrespectful
The order details are misleading
There is attempted file sharing, chargeback abuse, or misuse of custom work

12. Updates to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in services, pricing, or policies. By continuing to purchase from Silly Panda Customs, you agree to the latest version of these terms.
