Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 6, 2026

At Silly Panda Customs, all products and services sold are digital. This includes premade ATS/ETS2 skins, custom truck skins, logo work, and other digital design files.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once sent, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

No Refunds on Digital Products

Once a digital product has been purchased, commissioned, delivered, or sent, it is considered non-returnable and non-refundable. This applies to:

• Premade ATS/ETS2 skins
• Custom truck skins
• Logo work
• Other custom digital design files
• Any downloadable digital content sold by Silly Panda Customs

Please Review Your Order Carefully

Before placing an order, please make sure:

• You have selected the correct product or service
• Your order details are accurate
• You have provided the correct truck/game/model information where needed
• You have clearly mentioned if the order is for VTC use
• You understand the product is digital and not a physical item

Custom Orders

For custom work, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide clear instructions, references, and any important details before work begins. Once a custom order has been accepted and work has started, the order remains non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as:

• Changing your mind after purchase
• Ordering the wrong item by mistake
• Not reading the product description
• Forgetting to mention VTC use at the time of order
• No longer wanting the design after work has started
• Issues caused by file sharing restrictions or personal-use licensing rules

If there is a genuine delivery issue, missing file, or order-related problem on our side, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
